A former chicken coop (then expanded caretaker’s cottage) on an estate in Columbia County, NY and resting on the northern shore of a mill pond; our mission was to transform the existing, crumbling structures into a modern, single family residence. Our client; a super-talented and experienced Interior Designer allowed us to focus on the architecture, structure and mechanical systems while she conducted and fine-tuned the interiors in her seamless and effortless way. It was a dream working with Faye. Our work synthesized with hers like peas and carrots.
